Sachs 48mm Fork:
(twin chamber) Fork settings come with a custom tailored set-up, developed from our R&D department and factory race team. A factory Beta USA-designed fork compression valve replaces the stock OEM Sachs. A must for all closed cartridge Sachs forks. Overall, you will notice your new front suspension complementing the square edge bumps with improved bottoming control. Components are reassembled using low friction assembly lubes and quality Motul fork fluid, to help minimize stiction and friction.
Sachs 50mm Shock: Shock settings come with a custom tailored set-up, developed from our R&D department and factory race team. A Beta USA-designed 50mm compression valve replaces the stock OEM Sachs, increasing more oil flow and improved action. A factory Beta USA-designed shock Hi/Low Speed compression adjuster replaces the stock Sachs OEM adjuster assembly, allowing more precise fine tune adjustment. The OEM Sachs reservoir piston is replaced with a factory Beta USA black anodized bladder conversion kit. Our bladder kit will reduce the operating shock temperature, and improve the feel over square edge bumps. Components are reassembled using low friction assembly lubes and quality Motul shock fluid, to help minimize stiction and friction.
Note: Unless you are ordering this suspension package with a new unit from Beta USA, you must order a suspension shipping for fork and shock separate. This includes a special suspension box along with all shipping to and from your dealership.
