Beta Demo POD Program

The Demo POD program has proved to be a huge success! The 2025 program will start in January 2025 and run through August. Choose your dates soon to ensure you reserve the dates you would like. Sign up form at the end of this page.
The pricing for the program is $990.00 for the Demo POD. Our average cost for shipping the bikes to and from the dealer is more than $3000.00! This is only the shipping and does not include the parts and labor to service the motorcycles as well as the supplies provided.
We learned from the past that to justify the event we need to have a good amount of participants at your event, so once your date has been confirmed, we will post it on Betausa.com to help promote your event and be sure you do a good marketing push for the event as well. We look forward to the new selling season and seeing what the POD program can do!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Beta USA ships (8) models that are ready to ride so you can host your own regional demonstration day at a local riding area.
2025 MODELS POD - (models cannot be changed)
200 RR X-Pro / 250 RR X-Pro / 300 Xtrainer / 300 RR Race
350 RS (2024 Model) / 390 RR Race / 450 RX / 480 RR X-Pro
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Units will arrive in four special crates with two bikes in each so they are easy to handle at your dealership. Bikes are ready to ride, just install the handlebars and add fuel.
- Four EZ up canopies and two 6’ table covers (you supply tables) are included to provide a professional look at the event. There is also a box of common spare parts such as brake pedal, shifter, levers, etc. (Dealers are charged for what they use)
- The following dealer supplies are also included: Liqui Moly for pre-mix & oil injected models, course arrows, ribbon, (2) banners, (50) hats for giveaways, and new model brochures.
- After the event, please wash the bikes thoroughly and lube the chains. Then install them back into the crates and Beta USA will have a truck come pick them up the following Monday - Wednesday.
PROGRAM TIMELINE: January 2025 - August 2025
We are asking that you provide four different weekend dates that you would like to have a demo as we will need to schedule all dealers one day based on those dates provided. Please spread out your date choices to ensure we can accommodate one of them.
PROGRAM DEALER COST: $990.00
This includes the free dealer material listed above in red, normal wear items, and all the shipping to and from your dealership. This is invoiced to your dealer's account at the time the bikes ship.
DEMO DAY RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Create a short (2-4 miles) loop that is not too challenging as many riders are at C level. This length loop provides “just enough” ride time on each bike and allows them to try all the models.
- Advertise the event roughly 45-60 days before and have riders sign up for the event ahead of time. We recommend no riders under the age of 18. Allow for roughly 30% cancellations as this is normal. For example...if you are hoping for 50 riders, then sign up 60!
- Have a small BBQ with hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks.
- Always have an EMT at each event to be safe.
- Make sure you have enough staff at the event.
- Every rider signs your shop waiver. (Beta USA will provide a sample that you can use as a template for your dealership)
- Offer riders a special package or program if they leave a $500.00 deposit on a new model on the day of the demo.
- Have a rider’s meeting at the start of the demo to go over the safety and make sure everyone obeys the rules you lay out. The goal is to have fun as well.
- Keep in mind that while it is important to invite your local Beta customers, it is very important that you invite many of the riders who currently DO NOT ride a Beta as these can be your future new customers.
Due to Beta USA’s large investment in this program, we ask that you do not bring any other brands and make your demo a Beta-Only event.
Please take care to not abuse these bikes. We will service them all when they return and send them off to the next dealer.
