The factory has informed us that they have made a running change on the bike stand that comes with the RX models. This has caused a small shipment of 24' 300 RX models to arrive missing the new stand. If you have a unit that has arrived missing one please file a warranty claim and get one on order (PN: 049.46.001.00.00). They should be arriving in a few weeks once they are available from the Factory. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
